Returning an item

At Ember & Oak, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you can return it to us under the following conditions:

1. Return Period: You may return your product within 30 days of the original purchase date.

2. Condition of the Item: The product must be returned in its original, new, and sellable condition. This includes all packaging, accessories, and documentation that came with the item.

3. Proof of Purchase: Please provide your proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) when returning the product.

4. Return Process:

   • We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

5. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned product to ensure it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 3 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

6. Shipping Costs: Unless the item is faulty or we have made an error with your order, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note, items that are damaged, used, or not in their original condition may not be accepted for return or may incur a restocking fee.
